We appreciated the continental breakfast and the caring staff. The hotel had a perfect location in Edinburgh, right near train station. All facilities were new too. Reception was comfortable.

Actually everything was very clean, my next choice again in Edinburgh. Large room, brand new bathroom. There was a lovely garden in the hotel Not to mention good wifi! Near restaurants and pubs. Moreover, I could explore Vietnam House Art Gallery as it was near the place.

Very pretty location and perfectly clean place, I thoroughly enjoyed FANTASTIC FRIENDLY staff. Beds and pillows in my king room were great. The breakfast was well priced, had a good choice of food like tea, butter, jam, coffee and hot waffles. Minute away from a bus stop, a short walk to the shops and supermarkets. Early check-in and excellent customer service.
